In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
O ye who believe! avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: and spy not on each other, nor speak ill of each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it...but fear Allah: for Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.

Abu Hurayrah RA narrated that the Prophet sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam said:
It is sufficient as a lie for a person to speak about everything he heard [without being certain of its verity]. (Muslim)
The Prophet sal Allahu alayhi wa'sallam said:
"The Muslim is a unique Ummah among the whole of mankind:
Their Land is ONE, their War is ONE, their Peace is ONE,
Their Honour is ONE and their Trust is ONE."
