So send us back (to the world), we will do righteous good deeds.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

Say: "The angel of death, who is set over you, will take your souls, then you shall be brought to your Lord."

And if you only could see when the Mujrimأ»n (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, etc.) shall hang their heads before their Lord (saying): "Our Lord! We have now seen and heard, so send us back (to the world), we will do righteous good deeds. Verily! We now believe with certainty."

Surah 32: 11-12

------------

"O my Lord, the stars are shining and the eyes of men are closed, and kings have shut their doors, and every lover is alone with his beloved, and here I am alone with Thee."

[Rabia al-Adawiyya]
